In a nutshell, I help business owners work through and solve their business problems.


This can be things like:

  • Not making consistent sales and not knowing why

  • Having a to do list so big and overwhelming that you don’t know where to start (...not to mention not having the time)

  • Turning a blind eye to your financials because it’s too scary or because you wouldn’t understand it

  • Difficulty making decisions about which opportunities to say yes and no to

  • Or simply struggling with so many things on the go and not knowing where to put your focus

So, how can I help? In two ways:

Coaching and project support

I work collaboratively with you to understand where you’re getting stuck and work through with you how to take action. Together, we’ll find clarity and a way forward over a series of sessions. We can cover a range of things like:

  • Firming up your brand identity, values, mission and tone of voice

  • Figuring out the best way to describe your unique value and position in market

  • Profile your customers and map their customer experience and comms preferences

  • Setting goals, direction, a strategy and an action plan to get there

  • Taking the next step in growing your business (how to grow the team and make sure it doesn’t break the bank)

  • Helping you map processes and procedures 

  • Talking through finances 

  • Untangling all the different threads of your business

Workshop and facilitation

I can work with you and your team to inspire new thinking, get unstuck or on the same page, and set up action plans to move forward. I design and plan half day, full day or multi-day workshops with you and your team to get you working collaboratively and thinking through your strategy moving forward. Workshops could cover things like:

  • Designing new products, services or processes

  • Team strategy days - planning out your key priorities and naming project teams

  • Uncovering your business’s ‘essence’ (values, purpose, brand identity)

  • Creating connection and collaboration amongst the team

For the things I don’t do, I partner with some other great businesses to deliver full-project scope.  If you need any of the following, I have preferred partners who I work with regularly:

  • Design, creative and illustration

  • Copywriting

  • Website design and support

  • Publicity

  • Photography
