• Welcome! So lovely to see you made it here.

Before I tell you about myself, I would like to start by acknowledging that I work, live, and play on Aboriginal land and that sovereignty has not yet been ceded. I pay my respects to their elders past, present and emerging.

Born in Brissie (Yuggera country) and now living in Melbourne (on Boonwurrung country), I am a business and communications strategist, coffee addict, avid reader, sustainable food systems advocate, dog mum to a chihuahua mini foxie (Ponyo), and fiance to my incredible partner, Adrian. When I’m not working, you will most likely find me in my veggie garden or an outdoors adventure with Adrian and Ponyo.

  • I have 10+ years experience across advertising, business consulting and in the start up space. I also have a Masters in Business Administration from Monash.

During this time, I have worked with all types of businesses and teams ranging from multinational and national commercial entities to not-for-profits, start-ups, and social enterprises that operate for purpose and profit. These experience and connections mean I connect the dots across industries and business models and find creative solutions to business problems.

My advertising experience focused on understanding consumer behaviour and what drives decision-making. I also applied this understanding of human behaviour to help social enterprises build their theories of change and design business models that create meaningful behaviour change for social or environmental good.

Further, my work with startups focused on First Nations entrepreneurs in Australia and Papua New Guinea (PNG) and has instilled the importance of building contextual understanding and how it shapes business.

In my spare time, I work to serve my passion for sustainable food systems. I am slowly building a farm-to-plate experience that works to educate and reconnect us to the food we eat.

  • Values that drive my work are:

Empathy and openness: this helps me build good relationships with you as my client, and deeply understand your customers - you will feel heard and understood.

Context is key: it’s important for me to understand your journey to date (how you work, what you’ve tried already, where you thrive and where you need support).

Curiosity, ideas, creativity: I’m at my best when I’m helping you explore what’s possible, coming up with solutions or connecting the dots across people, ideas, industries and businesses.

Balanced with analysis: It’s not just ideas, it’s action too. Once we’ve explored ideas and opportunities - I get out De Bono’s black hat to make sure they will work.

Sustainable and conscious: I care about people and planet and our future, and choose to work with people and businesses that share this passion or want to better engage with it.
